Reflection about Fitness

What did you do in fitness today?

Yeepy!!As Room 7 always have Fitness in the morning, they have improved a lot in their skills and training for camp. Mrs Gray was the reliever for Room 7 and she was impressed with our listening skills and amazement stretches. Then when we finished doing the stretches, Mrs Gray told us to do 3 laps around the courts before we move on to relays. What we had for relays?Great question! We ran in two's, touched the end and sprint back....WOW!!

Auckland Town Centre

Hooray! On Monday the 13th of June 2016 Room 7 and some senior students had an opportunity to go on a trip to the Auckland Town Centre. When we got there we went inside the hall an sat down.Their was a school called Glenbrook,Glendon and St Therese.

Our class stayed back in the hall because their were Performer's who were ready to perform. The name of the performer's was Charlie,Izzie,Emma and this other lady.We were splitted up into groups half of them went to Charlie and some of them went to Izzie and Emma. For our session we had to do beats and make up a movement with a partner.

Then we had morning tea outside. After that we had to go to this room where their were Maori Students who were performing.Next we had our lunch and then we went to our last session. This session was about workshop and dance movement. One group had to stay and do a workshop and then we had to swap over to the other side where we had to do dance movement.

At the end we had to go back to the hall and get our bag so we can head back to school.I learnt so much from the workshop and other things that I was happy about.

Junior Warriors

A few days ago, we had a Rugby League Tournament  organised by the Junior Warriors Team from our school. They were not the real Junior Warriors but they were just like them.
After setting up the field, the referees, score keepers and the timekeeper got ready. There were 5 games played altogether and there were five teams. The teams were  Bulldogs, Rabbitohs, Broncos, Warriors and Junior Warriors. Each team went head to head and everyone had a lot of fun.
